AUGUSTINA selected for Short Waves Film Festival 2015

AUGUSTINA has been selected for Poland's largest film festival, Short Waves 2015!

We will be screening under the 'Girl's Shorts' category and here is the official word on this section as can be read on their website;

'Girls Shorts definitely present a girly point of view. Coming of age, first crush, searching for one’s identity in a group of peers – it all seems surprisingly familiar. Isn’t there a rebellious teenager inside each of us who, just like Ashley in Lashes, wants to throw stones at a window? Aren’t we those incurable romantics who build a world full of illusions as Kaylee from Augustina does? Adult directors discuss teenagers and problems of adolescence with nostalgia and a large amount of affection. A little bit about themselves but also about all of us.'
